By accessing and using Add Salt, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
Description of Service
Add Salt provides a service that allows users to hide secret messages in images (salted images) and share them with others. The recipient can discover the hidden secret by uploading the image to our platform.
User Accounts
You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Add Salt Digital Pass
The Add Salt Digital Pass is a one-time digital product. It is an optional purchase for users who want supporter recognition and additional digital product perks.
- The Digital Pass is a one-time purchase and is not a subscription.
- Purchasing or not purchasing a Digital Pass does not affect access to Add Salt's free core features.
- Digital Pass benefits may include a supporter badge, longer secret storage, a higher image upload limit, and first access to try newly launched features.
- Digital Pass benefits may be adjusted as Add Salt evolves, while we aim to keep the product fair and transparent.
User Conduct
You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
Prohibited Content: Users must not upload, create, or distribute any images containing NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit, or adult content. Any violation may result in immediate account termination and removal of content.
Intellectual Property
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Add Salt and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Payments
Digital Pass purchases are processed by Creem as the payment processor and/or merchant of record where applicable. You agree not to abuse payment, refund, chargeback, or dispute processes. Payment provider terms may also apply to your purchase.
Refund Policy
Because the Digital Pass is a one-time digital product, completed purchases where digital benefits have been activated are generally not automatically refundable. If you made a mistaken purchase, duplicate purchase, or experienced a technical issue, contact support@saltpic.com. Final refund handling may be subject to Creem's policies and applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
Add Salt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. Your continued use of the service after any changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.
